Columbus CoffeeFest provides roasters, coffee shops, baristas, tea makers and artisans a chance to showcase their products and samples to a sold out audience of coffee aficionados!

Applications open in the spring for our annual fall event.

Roasters are are asked to provide complimentary samples of your coffee for up to 3,000 guests each day. Sample sizes are expected to be 3 – 4 ounces.

Roasters have the option to sell additional branded merchandise, beans and products that pertain to their business. The option to sell coffee upgrades are not suggested.

Exhibitors fees vary from $125 – $500 depending on needs and placement.

Exterior set up – vendors are given a 10×10 space. Additional upgrades include electricity, tables, linens and tents.  Exhibitors should be prepared for weather, rain or shine.

Interior set up – exhibitors are given table space inside the 1980s Ohio Village. Tables and electricity provided. Some rooms provide existing countertops and come furnished to recreate the historic charm of the era. None of the fixtures are antiques.

Exhibitors are required to help us maintain sustainability efforts. Columbus Coffeefest provides compost buckets for collecting coffee grounds.  Please read more about our sustainability efforts. Water jugs and a rinse bucket are provided to be used as guests need it for rinsing out cups. 

Every guests, roaster and volunteer are provided with a commemorative coffee mug to use for samples. Roasters are asked not to bring styrofoam mugs to eliminate waste generated at the event.  

Exhibitors should come with assistants and 2-4 are suggested to properly help you through the day.
