The Columbus Coffee Festival is not yet accepting applications for coffee exhibitors, food vendors or retailers for our 2024 event.

Exhibitors can join us for one or both days. Coffee exhibitors are expected to provide two ounce samples for 5,000 guests per day with an option to sell merchandise, supplies and beans.

Exhibitors can secure lodging within one of the interior buildings of the Ohio Village, bring their own pop up tent, mobile cart and/or truck or be placed inside one of our large festival tents. Electricity is available for an additional fee.

The Columbus Coffee Festival curates all applicants. Filling out the form does not secure placement within the event and you will be notified via email upon acceptance.
